Successful germination, delightful plants
Despite planting late (in June), these came up really well. In fact, they have produced hundreds of small fruits. I had expected to have to keep them alive in the greenhouse over winter before they produced.Really can't fault the seeds, thank you.

Tiny seeds don’t cover them to much
Had no problem with these seeds just sown a few within a week they were shooting up

Very poor
Not one of the seeds germinated. Will not buy again.

Dead seeds
They shouldn't come in plastic. This can cause the seeds not to work. This has happened with mine and complete waste of money!

They grew !
This was my first experiment with physalis, which my best friend calls tomatillos, but then she's American.I started them off the same time as the tomatoes, indoors in a heated propagator, and didn't get a very good strike-rate. Four or five grew into tiny thin sprouts and stayed that way for ages, including after being put outside into the mini-greenhouse. Then they suddenly changed up a gear and after a while I put them all into one fairly shallow 12 inch pot, (the sort of things you put bulbs in) just to see what would happen. Had I known, I would probably have put them into individual pots - I don't seem to do well with growbags for some reason. You can see the result in the photo, it's 5 September, they are 5 feet tall, pretty flowers all over and fruit forming in their green jackets lower down. I watered them copiously during the extended dry spell. All this lot is growing out of a pot not much bigger than a fruit bowl, though I suspect the roots have found the hole in the bottom and are into the garden by now. I'm not going to try moving it to see, in any case I've had to surround the pot with canes and tie the plants up, as they were looking rather precarious when it was winy and I didn't want the stems to snap.Hopefully the rating will stay 5 star after the fruit have been tasted.

Miniscule germinated seedlets at the moment
I waited to write this review because I planted them and now they are germinating and appearing and look really healthy. Good product.
