This is a really well made item and comes in a fitted case for storage.It will make using the ladder on the lawn possible as the grips hold secure. Worth spending the money. Not the cheapest but may be the best.

Product is brilliant, does just what you want in giving confidence to someone who doesn't like climbing ladders, especially the 6 metres up to the eaves. Only 4 stars as yet again Amazon 'Prime' delivers 50+ hours after ordering.

If you want safety when using ladders, this is the product for you. Strong and slip-free. No need for a second person to hold the ladders for you. Great!

I like this item, initially looks sturdy and heavy. Put this on the paving slabs and inserted the ladder . What happened was that the ladder slipped and I came crashing down. Thank goodness I was only 4 metres in air.Somehow the grippers cant contact or grip in concrete but like Antony Joshua its too risky and I don't know if I want to try it again.Also this item for the plasticky feel isn't worth its price its tooo expensive.Reviewed equipment2-3 weeks later I looked at the ladder 8 - and noticed the rubber had broken or come away. It looks like the rubber is not thick enough and not properly screwed or gluedown.

Bought one back in February and used it for CCTV installations. Worked well until today when my employee set it down on a drive way and climbed the ladder, when he got to the top, the ladder m8trix slipped causing him to fall 2 stories and break his heel bone. This could have ended much worse. Just be careful when using these!
