I would recommend anyone to give this a try. Within one week my plantar fasciitis was nearly gone. I've been taken this since the middle of December, and it greatly reduced the pain I was experiencing. I am still having some pain in my hip area, but it has been wonderful to be able to walk & sleep without constant discomfort. Definitely worth a try.

I have Achilles tendonitis in my left ankle, and nothing was helping much. Getting an orthotic, using a heel lift (Skyfoot) WITH the orthotic, Ankle exercises, etc. I could walk, but after a few minutes, I would start limping with pain. I decided to try this, and within a week my pain was greatly reduced. I also started adding 1 scoop of Orgain Collagen Peptides into my coffee each morning, but I think this is the thing that made the most difference. It's still not 100%, but I went from not being able to walk more than a few blocks without pain, to being able to walk about a mile without pain. And when the pain does come back it's not nearly as bad. It's also cost efficient when compared to collagen peptides (20 servings for about $20-30 vs 90 servings for about $35). I've only done 50 out of the 90 days, so I look forward to increased pain relief as I get through the bottle. I'll update after day 90. UPDATE: It's been about 115 days and my left ankle is almost normal. A tiny bit of stiffness in the morning that goes away as soon as I start moving around. The first 2 weeks, I noticed I had more mobility and it didn't take as long to get moving in the morning or after sitting too long at my desk job. Here at the 4 week mark of taking the supplement, I almost feel normal enough to take up walking for exercise again. Game changer - wish I'd started taking these sooner!
