These two recliners I bought a few months ago have been one of my best decisions. They are so comfortable that everyone who sits in one wants to know where I got them and one person has ordered two for themselves. They look great, they are the perfect size, they work perfectly and are so comfortable. The back/neck portion that you can adjust to come forward is wonderful. I have not had to clean them, but the fabric has a textured leather/linen look, but they’re supposed to be wipeable.

Okay it’s been a few months since I purchased the Whatson & Whitely power recliner and I have no complaints. It’s in my bedroom and doesn’t need a lot of floor space, since it’s a wall hugger, it’s perfect for small areas. It has not tipped forward, nor sideways with me and I haven’t slid out of the seat not once! I don’t have problems with finding the buttons on the sides as some do. I don’t have problems with charging my phone or iPad while sitting in the chair. And I’ve scooted it on carpet without any problems when rearranging my room. I’ve also tipped it up a little ways to rearrange the cord to my liking without any problem. I’m 5’4 and weigh 135 lbs and I’m a woman. It works perfect for me. I really really like that the footrest stops at any position, like a 1/4 of the way up 1/3 of the way up or 1/2 up. You can literally stop it wherever you want! Would I buy it again? Yes I would! Can you lay completely back in it lie a bed, no it doesn’t go back that far but that’s not a big problem for me. Packaging….the nice UPS man left it in the middle of my driveway. Thank goodness it was a very well made box bottom because I maneuvered it from where it was placed to where it needed to be without too much trouble. I carefully cut open the box and pulled the back portion out and placed it in the house. The hardest part was removing the bottom portion of the chair from the box. My nieces and I decided to cut the box away from the chair base and because we had to climb up 4 steps to get it to the door the three of us picked it up and took it up those steps. Getting it in the door wasn’t hard. It took us about 6 minutes to get it set up and working. Hope this is helpful to others.

I would not classify this chair as high quality. I guess it’s worth what we paid for it. It’s great maybe for a basement.

I found it very comfotable, sturdy and well made. I like that head and foot rest can be operated separate. Good size, not over poerin for small3r room. I would recommend.

Very nice! Was so scared to order off a photo from website but it is perfect. I purchased the fabric in Linen color. It’s exactly as photo shows. Very comfortable. My husband is 6’ and he said it is perfect for the price. Would buy again.

Seems very well built. The electronics work great! We needed a couple of chairs just like these.

Absolutely beautiful

The two chairs I purchased are extremely comfortable and I love the way I need almost no wall space to recline BUT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! About a month and a half after I purchased them the phone charging port on one of the chairs stopped working. I reached out to the seller since the purchase had been so recent. The reply I received ANGERED me. I received a list of instructions telling me how to search under the chair to find and maybe fix the problem. I feel they should have sent someone to my home to do this. THAT’S THE REASON FOR MY GIVING ONE STAR.————-———UPDATE——————————-I was made whole by the company after the above review. They refunded me for one of the chairs. Thank you.
