Third times a charm. The first set that was delivered had a couple plates broken and some chipped. I returned and order a new set to get it quicker. The second set was almost completely broken. The third set only had two broken tea cups which is ok because two survived from the last shipment and I have the complete set. The packaging seems fine. I would suggest writing Fragile on the mailing box. Getting them was a pain. Thank goodness, the customer service was great.I really like the set and highly recommend. However, give yourself time to get them as it may take a while to get a completed set.

Just what I was expecting

I ordered two items but I received one of them with plates and mugs broken . The box was not shipped properly and was not labeled as "Fragile".Dishes are nice, but unfortunately now my set is incomplete.

Two dinner plates and two mogs broken and no one answer my request to replace, the worst

So aggravating. Registered for two boxes of these beautiful dishes. Received both separately and both had shattered dishes and mugs. Completely tragic as the intact ones are beautiful. Returning and won’t be replacing as it’s clear these can’t be safely shipped.

I read the reviews & almost hesitated to order. I took a chance and ordered 2 sets. Boy, was I happy I did. I needed 2 sets for my diningroom seating and I'm happy. They arrived unbroken and so neatly well packed tight in the boxes. Thank you! I would love to get wine glasses that match.
