The only reason i give 3* is that i felt the handmade is a little misleading. I loved it as a product. That was purchased for a gift so opened it to see it before i gift it. I got a little bit confused from the information as they say its handmade And the bottom said made in china... it doesnt say anywhere its handmade. The bottom of the box and the bottom of the mugs say made in china. So it indicates like its a massive production and not handmade and that mugs are all different and unique as they claim etc. if you dont care about this thing go ahead and buy it. I felt bad when i told the person i bought u a handmade mug and then gifted that that says made in china.

It's too bad because these mugs are actually pretty nice except for the gold accent at the top of the "Mrs." Mug, it looks as if it got chipped or scratched even though I know that is probably not what happened. It looks as if they didn't put enough paint or something which makes it look cheap. I have a bridal shower to go to in 2 days so I do not have enough time to replace it, and now I'm not sure if I even want to give these to the bride at all. So now I have to rush and try to find something else for the bridal shower and probably waste more money to send these back. I guess this is what happens when you take a chance online. Not happy.*Update*I had tried to raise the rating from 2 stars to 4 but for some reason Amazon never let me. But I wanted to raise the rating since the seller was very kind and swift to replace the mugs. They had excellent customer service so I'd recommend them based on that.

Purchase this for a bridal shower and I loved the idea of the pink and gray mug! However, upon opening the box it was two gray mugs! I was disappointment as I purchased because it was pink and gray! I called Amazon and they credit my money -- I reordered and SAME THING again, two gray mugs - disappointing as it happened twice!!!Quality is good and no chipping on the gold. These are not dish washer or microwave safe.

these are so cute! the box they come in is perfect aswell so cute as a gift. the marbling looks very nice aswell not cheap looking. also the company seems to be a great one. i have 3 messages from them making sure everything is perfect and if there is anything wrong at all to reach out to them. great product and great company! perfect as a wedding gift . i do however wish that these were able to be microwaved and go in the dishwasher.

These mugs are beautiful. I would have given it 5 stars, but like one of the reviews already said, I received two gray ones instead of a pink one. Very, very disappointed. The other person said she ordered them again and once again received 2 grays ones. I would take that chance but my event is in 24 hours and this one took 2 days to get here. So bummed, but they are pretty.

Stunning! Looks far more expensive than they are which is always the goal, am I right?! The couple loved these and used them in their engagement photos in their marble kitchen. Gave us all the feels! Wonderful product.

Pleasantly surprised at how good quality and nice finish these mugs have. We gifted friends who are newlyweds these mugs and they liked them. We bought some for ourselves and are so happy with them! Follow the instructions and don’t put in the microwave and only hand wash and should last forever. Overall very happy.

I bought these mugs as a gift foe a co-worker. She's getting married in a few days. The mugs are absolutely adorable, plus I love mugs and items you can use as opposed to just view.
