Not good quality.
Poor quality product. People who mention in review that it's good quality are only talking about the bag, which is okay quality. But the wheels were taken out of some kids toy car. They are not strong and not properly aligned. Single layer plastic that cannot be used on the road. Buy only of you intend to use it indoors. Maybe mall or supermarket owners can use it as cart for their customers but not for the roads
