My wife brought this back from Kazakhstan and I used it for irritating sciatic problem on my right side back and leg area ( smell is like mild mint very low Oder and believe it or not helped with my sciatic situation although it doesn’t heal it but gives you relief and quickly gently rub it in like any cream and it goes to work fast , heat level is low , it’s a bit expensive but last pretty long cause you only use a minut amount
