Looks smart, has various basic feature required for smart watch. Bluetooth connectivity issues experienced. That's the difference in branded products vis a vis cheaper options

The product looks amazing and fits perfectly. You get a tool inside the box for adjusting the strap length according to your convenience. The battery backup is good (but not 7 days as advertised, it's like 3 to 4 days max. on average use). I don't use it for fitness tracking, so I won't say much about that, but it has a lot of those features though. Bluetooth calling is great, very good sound and mic quality for a watch. Overall, a 4 out of 5 for the watch.Now when it comes to the app associated with it, which is the NoiseFit app, it sucks a bit. I had continuous connectivity issues from the beginning. The initial setup somehow works fine, but once you get disconnected from Bluetooth, it is impossible to reconnect again (at least on my phone). The only way to reconnect is to unpair from the app (which also doesn't work), unpair the watch from your device settings, reset the watch, uninstall the app, again reinstall the app and start over everything again. Yes, that's what you have to do. And the customer service also sucks, why the hell do you need 3 WORKING DAYS to just respond to the complaint ticket? Even after responding they couldn't solve my issue for another 4 days. Then I just decided to give up on them and tried resetting my entire smartphone, and IT STILL DOESN'T GET SOLVED. So, I start over again and decided to never turn off Bluetooth. It's been fine until now at least. Overall app and customer service rating, 2 out of 5.

Pros: Overall this watch is nice, it looks good, the display is nice, touch works pretty smooth.Cons: If you are buying for fitness tracking, go for other watches. Its basic step count function works very bad, It counting is far than accuracy, on 2nd sept 2024, when i was walking, it counted 9735 and after that i walked for almost 1500 steps but the final count for the day was 9758.I checked other sports mode but most of them is not giving correct measure. For example, i used the outdoor walking mode, distance count was 0.06, time count was 3 min 12 secs, calories 9 and the most imp, total steps was only 9. Imagine i walked 60 meters in just 9 steps, I must be a giant. and in another one i walked 0.04 and steps count was 67.

Best product and low price range ,I like this watch ,nice connectivity,watch face is so good,small and comfortable size ,nice accuracy,notification pannel is good and strap quality is best

I got my watch just two day ago, so overall the watch looks good considering the price. But i have two queries1) Throughout a day raise to wake up (wrist sense) works very well but after 10/10-30 pm it's stops working even though it's (wrist sense) enabled & DND is not active during whole time. It start working again in morning. Is it happens with everyone who has noise twist go watch or is it some kind of hidden feature of watch??2) when i opened my box the black coloured warranty card was not inside. (Watch is manufactured in July 2024)

Love the watch it looks so premium chain fits nicely in your hand , brightness is good screen is visible in bright day light, build quality is top notch amazing work, battery life is oky oky you need to charge it in 3-4 days the only problem I'm facing with the watch is I have to connect it with my phone every time once it disconnected you won't get phone calls on watch you have to go to the app Or to BT to connect it again, all in all its a nice decent premium looking watch I'm satisfied with the watch they can improve the connectivity issues
