My German Shepherd pup loved to mouth me for attention. I was covered in black and blue marks and sometimes he would break the skin. This product would be a good size for a skinny short 9th grade kid. Material is heavy, good structure, but unforgiving tight. I ordered the straight model. I am male, tall, and long thin bony legs. Could not even put them on. Way too tight. Maybe good for young thin female or similar.
