Swiss Diamond Nonstick Fry Pan with Lid - 8"

Perfect little frying pan for one or two people. It has even heat distribution, is easy to clean, it not light weight and cheap feeling and is very sturdy. It is pricey for sure, but should last for years to come.

I purchased the 8" which is made in Switzerland. Is top quality and performance if you know how to use it. Never use it with high heat. Max low-medium heat and be patient to reach its temp. Once it reaches it holds a steady temp even after you turn the range off. The non-stick performs better than any Teflon cookware I ever had. I barely use any oil for eggs and they slide right out. Obviously don't use metal or wood utensils, only silicon spatula. I will be purchasing the larger size as well but first I have to make sure they are made in Switzerland just like the 8".

NEVER buy this product from Kitchen Essentials because you pay a high price for a product that has a lifetime warranty BUT Kitchen Essentials has a policy (unstated until one tries to return) that limits returns to 30 days. I am now forced to contact the manufacturer in Switzerland which is unfortunate and time consuming therefore certainly not like returning to Amazon which is simple. What a mistake I made. I wish Amazon either eliminated other suppliers or stood behind them (or even warned that other suppliers may not take goods back). I will update this story when I have an ending. By the way the inside of the pan is fine but it stopped working on induction - bought in May 2016 stopped working in October 2017 but I was redoing kitchen with new induction stove so did not try to return until May 2018 when pan did not work on new stove either. Kitchen Essentials refused because "their return policy only accepts returns for 30 days". Shocking.

Yes it's more expensive than competitors yet the quality is unmatched.This is a review made after one year of use, it does not stick and durable.tl;dr Love my Diamond Pan !
