I have to preface by saying that I only ordered this device after checking with my best friend to make sure she was familiar with it since she has worked in Med-Spa's for decades. So, I can't necessarily say it is easy to use or even explain how to, but I can say I like my results when my friend uses this machine on me. It's definitely professional grade and isn't just an at home device that is beginner friendly.

I like this machine for the suction for the MD and the additional technologies included are good for the price.I find the Microderm wands cheap, they are short and not steel. I don’t know that they would hold up in PreEmpt.The LED/BIO wand zaps the skin painfully with the BIO.There are no instructions on how to properly use each function or what the buttons mean.The Hot hammer gets HOT fast!The cords plug in the front of the machine and look messy.

This tool is confusing and difficult to use, unless you're a beauty professional. It does a good job though and has every kind of facial tool you could possibly need. This is more for the MUA or small beauty business owner than a regular joe schmoe, as a heads up.

This is a very good facial salon grade machine. It is very nice and has many features and options to really have the best facial experience like at a spa. I normally get facials so my esthetician said something like this would be perfect for me to do myself. I had her come over and give me a tutorial on all the different ways to use this. It’s very intimidating at first when you get it but once you put it together and learn about each function, it’s not so hard! I do different treatments using the tools everyday. My skin loves it and the fine lines around my face has dramatically changed. Again, please don’t just do it yourself without reading and researching how to use this product. It can do damage if you are using it incorrectly.

I have to admit that I am just learning how to use this complicated, to me, device. I have a friend that is into facials and has used machines similar to this one. So to save a bit of money, I pay her a bit to come over and use my machine on my face.This isn't something that anyone can just pick up and start using on themselves. Can really damage your skin if you try.Now for me. I loved how soft and easy this was feeling when it was being done. Light suction that pulls the dead skin cells away. The microabrasion left my skin feeling not only clean but super soft.Also has a cold/hot hammer type device. The heat is wonderful and she did it before she started the facial process. Also wrapped my face with a warm moist towel. When done she used the cold to help close my pores and tighten my skin.Could I eventually learn all of the techniques using this machine? Not sure. But with having someone that can work it, I am so happy. Nice and portable so I can bring it to her home or she comes to mine.Have only used it twice so far. The second time was a bit much for my older skin so will hold back and only do this once a month.Great machine that works nice. Impressed my friend. But, it isn't for anyone to play with.

This machine refreshes and cleans your face easily. It's fun to use and is constructed sturdily.
