This is an update to my earlier (3-star) review. Having used the pitcher for a while now, the lid is no longer hard to remove. I have no idea why, but after I used the pitchers to store a big batch of warm chicken soup, the original problem disappeared. So I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars. Actually, if I could give an additional star I would: the seller reached out to me, apologized for the problem, and offered me a refund. How often does that happen? I turned down the offer since the product is now functioning well, but I'll keep an eye out for Joey'z Shopping products in the future. Original review: I initially liked this a lot, and ordered a second one. I did notice that the lid fit pretty tightly, but it didn't seem like a big problem. However, when refrigerated, it becomes quite difficult to remove the lid. I regret the purchase.

Works well. Would be 5 stars if it were about an inch shorter. It is too tall for where we intended to use it. NOTE: Very difficult to find this capacity in a SHORT container.

Another reviewer complained about another name brand pitcher with the lid that can get stuck and be difficult to remove or rotate so you can pour. I got very frustrated with that myself and decided to try this one. It is Sterilite brand and according to the sticker on it was made in the USA. The lid snaps on and stays on very tight. There is a tab on the lid that makes it easy to remove for washing or refilling. So far I am very pleased with this pitcher.

I love this pitcher. It's a perfect size for my refrigerator. I make cold brew coffee and keep the concentrate in this pitcher to make coffee each morning.

Fast service . I have only one problem with this product. I have artheritis in my hands and sometimes it makes it difficult to open lid

Purchased in September. For $14.99 expected something substantial, but Item thin and flimsy, super market quality. Press-fit lid, loose and dangerous to pour without holding. It now seeps water from bottom although not cracked or abused in any way. Was going to return today but just noticed today is last day so will accept loss as it will be trashed after three weeks.
