I love my new spatula set. Nothing sticks to them; the food slides right off and any grease can just be rinsed off with soap and water. These are not just ordinary plastic or rubber; they are made of special silicone based material that doesn't melt if you accidentally leave it on the heat too long. My cheap spatula melted, so I bought these and they are holding up great. They are thicker than cheap ones and not flimsy at all. I also like the different sizes because I can use the wider one to flip omelets and pancakes more easily. I highly recommend these and they are well worth the money. Who doesn't need more spatulas? We are always using them all before they're done in the dishwasher! Great price and the 3 different designs work great for different items being prepared. These are heavy duty, very durable, I use them already in two different types of pots, one was Teflon and the other was cast iron, so they are very functional across your kitchen appliances. I also scraped out protein powder from a blender which is usually an absolute chore, so the ease of use of these is absolutely remarkable. They are the perfect size, and a much needed addition to what we had. There is plastic on the end and the part you hold, but the middle is a metal, so they are decent weight. A lot of times you get these flimsy spatulas that fall out of a pot full of oil, which leads to injuries. I don't see that happening when you leave this in a skillet for a second. I would not recommend holding them in a boiling oil however. Recommend this company
