The machine had Coffe leftovers IT WAS NOT MEW THE MACHINE
This is the second time we received the machine. The first one wasn’t functioning properly, and it looks like someone else opened the box. I requested a replacement because the first one didn’t work, and the second one was even worse; it had coffee leftovers in the portafilter and water in the tank. We immediately requested a refund, as this is unacceptable.
