Q: Mine just arrived. looks and feels like a very cheap black plastic mug. nothing like the advertised pictures. how do i get one tbat looks like pics?

I'm not sure how it looks cheap can you send a picture? Because mine was awesome and the other 3 people that ordered theirs was very awesome.

Q: Why was the odor in mine so bad?

I had no odor in mine, but its often due to it being part of an animal & then when they hollow it out with a drill, the smell of horn can linger. Follow the instructions on how to get the smell out. Baking soda & vinegar often work. And then so does coating it inside with wax if you choose.

Q: Can these be used for mulled wine?

Yes you can use it if thr wine is cold
