Q: Are the castors rubber

The castors are a hard plastic material.

Q: Will this work with lowered car?

If you are talking about a lowered car sitting on the ground then this creeper will not work (nor will any other). Just insufficient clearance. If the car is raised and put on jack stands, there is a chance you might be able to use a creeper.

Q: I need to crawl under my house in the crawl space, it's hard packed dirt. Will this work? Has anyone used it on non-concrete?

Funny you ask. I used it in my low pitch attic by laying out plywood to roll on. I laid on my belly on the creeper. It would work on dirt if you took a similar approach.

Q: My husband is 6'3", 250lbs. Would this be too small for him?

I’m 6’1” 250lbs and it fits me fine. I like it. I don’t think 2 extra inches is going to make a difference
