Each shelf can hold only 10 lbs per manufacturer instructions. The assembly instructions are very clear and the parts are not marked, so if you have kids, it could be used as puzzle game for them.Assemble the side posts first. They come in 3 parts each, the slanted one is the top, and the straight cut on one end is the bottom. The slots for the shelves are angled - check that they all are angled in the same direction! Use the longer screws here.Shelves (tiers): use the shorter screws for the shelves. Each shelf has one surface that is smoother, the top side. Sort the shelves, shelf sides, and shelf backs by the size.The screw goes through the bottom of the shelf first, and then into the side/back piece.Start with attaching the back piece, and don’t tighten the screws all the way in the beginning. You may need to re-adjust something, and the construction is too flimsy for the multiple tries.When attaching the sides pieces to the shelf, look at the hole in the middle, the one you will be using to attach the assembled shelf to the side pole. The larger opening should be facing the shelf space, and the smaller opening should be touching the side pole. The screw (the longer one) will go from the inside of the shelf into the side post.Hope this helps.

Serves the purpose for which it was purchased. The gray color was a bit lighter than what I expected from the pictures, which meant it wasn’t as close a match as I wanted to the gray furniture already in my office. However, covered in books it’s not that noticeable. So far it is holding up well with the weight of the books. Be mindful of the low weight limitations of these shelves. Based on the materials, I fully expect those limitations are accurate and you wouldn’t want to put anything to heavy on them. Also, pay attention to how you are screwing the pieces together. Instructions are not very detailed and there is a front/back and top/bottom to every piece that does in fact matter.

The bookshelf comes in many pieces--the two side pieces actually come in (3) pieces. The joints where they are screwed together remain visible, and are fine: but just be aware.Do not over-screw any of these pieces--I could definitely feel that some of these pieces have no stopping point where you are screwing one piece to another--tighten them just enough so that the piece looks flat but do not over-tighten.This is a light-weight shelf and would be fine for bathroom or living room or foyer, I have ours in our living room in a smaller / tight corner.I repeat: this is a light-weight shelf. The shelves are thinner, and they do show some curves if you put too much on them so I made sure the distribution was correct and each shelf did not have too much weight as I was hoping to use for books--I needed to rethink use after it was assembled.For a low-cost shelf, this was an okay-purchase and it is being used for (mostly) what I was hoping it would be used for. It's small enough to fit in a tight area, and goes fairly tall on our wall (it was high enough). If you have pets--I would be sure to put something on the very bottom to anchor the shelf well and to keep pets from jumping on or off of the shelf.

I’d say this is more of a curio, nicknack or small collectible display than for storage. Note: that’s what I wanted.This is exactly as described. Works, easy to assemble, light weight. Buyers should absolutely review the listing prior to buying to be sure this works for what you need… long term. My concern would be if heavier items are taken on and off over and over while in active use, the shelves -attached by two screws into the legs, one in either side- would eventually strip. The shelves are perfect for what I needed, but be aware the shelves are also lightly constructed.If you need a work horse, or even a pony, this probably wouldn’t work for you.Nice price for what it is.

The media could not be loaded.  Not super sturdy but it's good for the price. Didn't expect a lot of installing.

Can’t wait to put my decorations on it!

Used in laundry room for cute storage. The shelves are not super strong, but can hold enough to organize so the other people in my home don’t make a mess and put things where I can’t find them. Do not overload, I could maybe add a few more small items but not more than a few lbs on the bottom. The shelves are thin and will bow.

What you see in the picture is a really cute addition to my home. However, it’s important to note that it is barely being held together due to many stripped screws. I did ask for replacements, but did not receive anything. I’m probably going to have to take everything off and reinforce it with glue.

Starting with the bad, its not strong enough and takes forever to build. It doesn't stand straight and I don't think its worth the price. The good is that it does the job, makes my room look nice and aesthetic and it carried up to 10kg each shelf.

Paquet arrivé le lendemain de la date prévue, mais très bien emballé.Notice de construction claire : ayez une bonne visseuse automatique car ça prend du temps pour tout construire !! Ultra simple à monter.Une des planches est arrivée avec la peinture écaillée ( voir photo), mais ce sera caché sous un des côtés donc invisible.Le tout semble assez robuste et ça fait un bel effet !

Las baldas muy finas y en seguida se abrían al pasar el tornillo, también mal pintadas y alguna rallada que he tenido que tapar con pintura por mi cuenta.Fácil de montar , eso siNo la devolví porque la estuve esperando tres semanas y me encajaba de medidas
