The sign is a great size and looks good in my store window. I like that it has more than 1 option on the light, 1 it lights up the whole sign or 1 that allows the outside lights blink. I would recommend this product if you are looking for something simple and a good value for the cost.

Overall, the product was packaged/delivered without issue. The LED's are bright and all functioning and build quality is as expected for the price point. Only issue is "they" sent me the incorrect model.

I Bought this Open light sign with Business hour and Open-Closed sign set on March 1, 2024. As soon as it was delivered, I put it up. Today April 30, 2024. I noticed how the Business Hour sign has Faded badly in two months. If you notice where the tape is around the edge, is the ONLY red that is still bright. I looked at the lite Open sign and noticed that the plastic boarder is melted at the top. Where the O is. See photos. I am not happy to have to Spend more money for new signs after a month or two of use, I am a small Ma & Pa company.

The Ultima LED Neon Open Sign for Businesses hangs in our front window. The black provides a nice background which helps the lighted design be visible during the day and night. The cord is long enough to reach our outlet while not being excessively long. The suction cup did not work at all for us. We mounted this with a hook in our window trim.
