You can count on Philips for a quality product. This model runs for a longer time than my previous Philips brush. You can use this time for polishing as well as for gum health. Easy to change out the brush head, quiet operation, and a clean feeling that can't be beat. The price is good as well.

This is the best quality toothbrush! It has already started improving my gum Health. It has three different vibration levels. The highest level is a very fast speed! The brush head is very good quality! Overall I love this toothbrush so much! Yea Phillips Sonicare!

This is my second Phillips toothbrush. My first lasted over 10 years. This one is even better than my first. Its siplicity in function is my first comment, but I really have to say this thing vibrates like a hummingbird on steroids. My teeth feel clean yes, but turned off the brush cleans my tongue very good as well. 5 stars!

I had my other sonicare for about 4 years and it finally died. When I went online to buy another one I was amazed they were $100-$400! I wanted something that worked well for a mid level price. When I used this vs the other one I had I immediately felt a difference. The power is softer but still brushed my teeth really well. I also like the soft bristle brush they send with the toothbrush. It’s small enough to brush the spots between my wisdoms teeth coming in. I have only used the clean setting so far and haven’t tried the gum care or whitening setting yet but I’m super satisfied. Even while spending $109 for a toothbrush seems crazy I so far think it’s worth it.

Superb Quality and my wife raved about how good her gums felt the first time she used it. She mentioned that the choice of three speeds AND the small A/C Plugin charger are wonderful; especially compared to USB charger brushes

I've had my Sonicare for nearly a year and a half now, and I mean, I couldn't really complain. I loved the toothbrush as much as any Sonicare user does - the built-in timer is great, I really feel like my teeth are thoroughly cleaned, it's an aesthetically pleasing toothbrush compared to its competitors. I'm a fan! However, over the past few months, I've started having some issues. I could previously go a few weeks without charging; that turned into just a few days. Suddenly, my toothbrush started buzzing extremely loudly and the vibration stopped carrying through to the toothbrush head, meaning the "sonic" part of Sonicare wasn't working. I figured I was out of luck until I could afford a new Sonicare, but realized I was still within the two-year warranty period. Now, normally, I know you have to jump through so many hoops to get warranty help from any large company (especially when you purchase through Amazon), so I typically don't even bother. However, I'm just not in a place financially to buy a replacement, I really love my Sonicare, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Filling out the warranty request form on their website took me about ten minutes total. I had to describe my issue, upload a picture of my receipt (order confirmation from Amazon), include shipping information, submit. The confirmation message told me I'd hear back within 48 hours - less than two hours later, I received an email telling me they were sending me a replacement toothbrush, no questions asked, no need to send in my toothbrush! That latter part likely is related to COVID-19, but I am beyond impressed by their response time and their willingness to trust me as a customer. I've had so many bad experiences with warranties before that I went into this with low expectations, and I am so beyond pleased with Philips and how they handled this.

Replaced my old Phillips with this new pink one. Didn't realize I needed this upgrade. It really is nice. These toothbrushes are really amazing

nice toothbrush with multiple settings. Compatible with Phillips replacement heads, I think the heads work on all Phillips toothbrushes, which makes it easy to replace. Does a good job, light weight. I prefer Phillips to the round Oral B toothbrushes as I have wisdom teeth way in the back and the Phillips brush reaches back there, Oral B will not.

This is my second Sonicare. It's a quiet, efficient and gentle high quality toothbrush. Would highly recommend it!

Battery lasts over a week (I've never let it fully die). The different intensities helped me get used to the toothbrush. Once I did though, WOW. It's the closest to that dentist feeling after a cleaning that I've gotten. I used the Philips One previously and that was already an improvement over a normal toothbrush, but this one gets my teeth SO CLEAN. Also helps that it pulses if I push too hard. Only downside is I always need the manual to remember how to set the toothbrush replacement reminder, but that's about it!
