This is such a great bag, way better than I expected! No smell with mine except for a nice leather smell. Very nice feel to the leather, nice size for work—not a huge tote but not tiny. Much, much better than a bad of this price should be! Very impressed and now looking at other bags from this brand!

I returned this bag, it was extremely heavy and the smell of chemicals was very strong, I have a baby and the house was permeated with a very strong toxic smell. I contacted the seller, at first they offered to help but then retracted any type of assistance and decided not to help. I will continue to support other sellers on Amazon but will never purchase from this company again. Best way to loose a costumer is to offer poor costumer service
