Sturdy, reliable and fast

Turntable not well secured in base
The microwave is good. I like the clear large LED time display. It is good to have a clearly visible clock. It does not take a 12 inch plate. It won't fit through the door. Might well take one 1/2 inch smaller, but cannot test this. We don't heat up whole meal leftovers anyway, so not important. I do have an issue with the turntable. It doesn't lodge itself into the base very well. This can result in the plate having contact with the door - no rotation. It can mean off-centre rotation too - not so much of a problem. If anyone knows of a solution ...

The same as the one in shops saved money and got it delivers to the door

Not bad for light use
Just sparked gone kaput. Bought in October 2024 so I suppose not been bad for price. We only use for the odd defrost and to warm drink could just be me but expected it to last a bit longer .
