WUUK Cam Pro Kit (2 Pack)

From the moment I received these I could tell they were a quality product. From the construction of the unit, the materials used, the weight - everything said quality. Installation was a breeze. They were simple to charge and get set up on my wifi network. The furthest camera is about 35 feet from the base station with quite a few walls obstructing it. I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works just fine. The video quality is great and the detection zones are easy to set up. Pro tip- I thought at first I could only do a rectangle which would be less than ideal if you want to avoid a specific area, but then realized I can layer multiple zones on top of each other. After using them for a while, I noticed that one seemed to be losing its battery life fairly quickly while the other one stayed at nearly 100% for quite some time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through the nuances of the settings, which might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement unit which came in three days. They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

Very happy with the installation and set up. The connection to the base is quick and easy. Great quality video and audio. Night vision also works very well. Had a charging issue little over 1 year old and they replaced it at no charge. Great support service! I have 2 outdoor wireless solar cameras, 1 indoor wireless and 1 doorbell camera. All work seamlessly with the base station. Would definitely recommend.

There are so many security systems to choose from that it is mind boggling. I searched and searched and then selected WUUK because of the good reviews and, I am here to share my 5-star review! Super easy to set up, no fees just a free app and it works like a charm. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the camera and the recordings are both really clear. I reached out to customer service (Anna) to get an explanation on recordings and the response time was impressive and she provided several options/instructions. She even followed-up to make sure everything was good to go. It was good to go. Would I recommend this product? -- absolutely, look no further! We have bought 6 more cameras! Trying one outside this winter. Will update ... Tried one of these OUTSIDE as noted above AND I am pleasantly surprised. +30 temperatures in the summer and snow storms (-25) in the winter and the cameras were fine. Last week (January 2024), we had that windy arctic front come through (-44) and the cameras worked like it was just another day.

We have been using this system for at least a few month now. It was easy to charge the cameras and set up for install. A couple times the cameras have deleted themselves off the app; super easy to just bring it back to base and add it back on. I contacted customer service only a couple times and they've been so prompt and understanding, Being persistent in finding a solution for me. The vision on the cams are really great, including the night vision. We had an some extremely cold winter winter so far this year and during one of our very cold weeks (-30 to -45 with wind chill), one of our cameras visuals got messed up (Im assuming From the cold and condensation and there may have been a manufacturer issue with not a tight seal somewhere). We did get in touch with Wuuk, and they promptly shipped us out a camera to replace it. I work with a lot of families and always recommend these cameras and this company. The ease of accessibility, the quality of the cameras, and not having to have an expensive subscription are superb!!! A++

Here is my story and 5 star review. I purchased one WUUK home security system last December, and it turned out there was an issue with the home base USB port. I requested return and purchased another one. A few days after returning the product, I found an email in spam folder and it was from wuuk – Sophia, that’s her name, gave me some instructions to fix the issue and if not fixable, they could send a replacement of the base unit and I don’t have to return. This is a surprise to me, as I rarely see customer service like this nowadays. I would’ve kept the system if I saw this email earlier. Fast forward, a few days later I got the new wuuk system delivered. Unlucky enough, one of the cameras didn’t charge – the battery stayed at 68% after a full day charging. This time I contacted Sophia directly - her response time was exceptional, always within 24 hours. I provided a couple of photos and described the situation. And a few email exchanges she offered to send a replacement camera. I have to say their customer service is world class. She even followed up to see if the replacement was good. Now to the product itself. Set up was simple and installation was very easy. The wireless range between cameras and home base is great, so I don’t have to worry about where to locate the cameras. Storage is in the home base, which is a plus because you don’t have to pay any subscription fee. Night vision and motion detection work great. One thing I was concerned initially was the battery life and performance in cold days, but I am wrong - the system experienced cold alert twice during the past month and worked flawless. One thing I did notice is that I couldn’t check the cameras remotely when I am in office, even though I have wifi access. Not sure what caused this - I will keep evaluating this. I would recommend this product 100%, not just because the product itself but also the best customer service.
