Everyone comes at flossing from a different position .. some people are keen life long flossers.. and other people do it once every so often.. while others have special requirements like braces or reduced mobility. This device and others like it will provide different advantages depending on where you are on the 'flossing spectrum' - I like flossing regularly with interdental sticks.. but I do have a couple of wisdom teeth that are hard to get to and sensitive. I think the easiest way to give my opinion is under the heading above - hope it helps;What it WILL do: # It will clear food particles from around and in between your teeth .. better than 'swishing' water around will# I’ve got a part impacted wisdom tooth that’s hard to clean around.. it’s made a big difference.# If you hate flossing and never do it.. it's much easier to do and a lot better than doing nothing# If you have reduced mobility, or a relative does.. particularly in your hands.. it's easier to use than floss # Because it's 'there' it should encourage better habits than a roll of floss in a draw somewhereWhat it WON'T do; # It's not powerful enough to 'descale' your teeth - although you could argue regular use will help prevent formation # If your teeth are close together causing food to get really tightly wedged between them.. it might struggle to shift it# it won't exercise and stimulate your gums in the way floss or an interdental stick will# It's less powerful than anything you might have experienced at the dentist.. a very powerful jet in amateur hands would invite soft tissue damage and wouldn't be advisable.Using it:It's very easy to fill through the filler hole in the water chamber.. typically you'll fill it a few times every clean. (I bought the additional large 300ml reservoir in March 2019.. this is worth having.. basically for me it means only one fill required per clean) It's easy to charge via a standard 3 pin plug or a USB connection. It's easy to clean. The buttons need to be accessible as you need to be able to turn it off quickly when your mouth is full of water.. because of this it's easy to turn it on and off by accident which can get a little annoying but you get more used to it with time. I've not had it long enough to comment on how robust it is.. but I always come back and comment if something lets me down too early .. bought it in Sept 2018 so no news is good news!Overall Verdict :I like having it.. I use it several times a day and also take it with me when I travel for work. It hasn't completely replaced interdental floss sticks which I still use.. but I do like using it quickly after eating and I find it very useful for cleaning around sensitive wisdom teeth that I kept making sore with a TeePee .. I would definitely buy another one if I lost it.Ps. I have found that while the charge lasts well, it works best on full power after a fresh charge so I tend to leave it plugged in

I have always had a problem with the gap between my back teething and normally use dental floss however it would not always clear the gap out and sometimes cause a problem not least of which could include bad breath if not cleaned immediately. On my latest visit to the dentist he recommended using TePe which I did and it made a significant difference however when I saw this for sale and bought one the cleaning power is amazing it has made a massive difference. it cleans thoroughly between the gap in my teeth and effectively washes out the gap, even after using TePe there is still some micro bits of food that sometimes come out. It has improved my confidence immensely and as the gap is being washed daily there is no more bad breath incidents. You also get 4 heads one enough for normal families and it is easy to use. Honestly do not delay buy one of these they make a massive difference.

It is a great addition to any oral hygiene, and am just amazed at how much debris is flosser out, even after brushing and flossing first. What I don't like, and the reason I gave it a 4, is the base is just too difficult to detach and put back, yes it has a little hole that can be filled from there without removing the reservoir. However, in order to be able to let out the tiny bit of water left behind, and to make sure this does not allow anything to 'grow' (as you can tell I am not a scientist ), it takes some strength . also because I have small hands, I have to hold the upper part nearer the top, and of course that's where the buttons are located which then go bananas! Being new to water flossing maybe it's just me, I do understand that a watertight seal must be formed between the two halves, but it makes it very difficult to completely love this item which is a great shame as it really is good.

Used it once a day and it worked well, cleaned the teeth well and in that short time fixed my gum problem. I had 2 really sensitive spots that really concerned my dentist, but they healed. At one point I was resigning myself to eventually losing the 2 teeth concerned. That's why I bought the flosser, I was trying everything I could think of.I also had a problem with the flosser and their customer service was very prompt and sorted me out completely, immediately. Brilliant.What more can you ask for.

This is seriously powerful! If you’re not used to a water flosser then gradually build up the power. What I like is the separate water tank which enables me to keep it very clean. My previous flosser had an integral tank which meant there was always a little bit of water left inside and so it was susceptible to algae.

I think I have been wanting to buy one of these Water Flossers for a decade.I have used the tape floss , awkwardly inserting two,three, sometimes four fingers in my mouth and still missing one spot... Well, those days are over: I now floss my teeth four, sometimes five times a day, specially after having fruit and vegetables or sugary foods.The Flossers is fast charged and I have not had to recharge it yet.There are three settings,one soft one,one intermittent and a fast one, I now use all of them, depending on the type of food I ate.I checked the previous reviews and someone mentioned using Mouthwash in the water tank, I highly recommend this,as, although I am sure that the Dentist Jet Cleaning is the best method to achieve 100% results, I would say that this Flosser is the closest thing to the Dentist treatment.When I am late in the morning I use it in the shower and it comes with a Travel pouch so I can take it on holiday.What more can I want?
