The only product that works on the wrist well
I have tried several other products which claim they are for the wrist and neck. Beware, they are not. Most are glorified and miniatureized devices which were designed to be for the back and not the wrist. This device is small and perfectly sized for the wrist. It is imporant that there are 2 detachable velcro straps because you do not need 2 straps, only one to adjust this perfectly to your wrist. Other devices have 2 straps which are non detachable and which get in the way of fastening their devices. The power button easy to operate. It maxs out at 20 minutes. Treatment longer than that in one session is not generally recommended And of course you can turn it off sooner if you do not want a 20 minute treatment. It does not come with its own power source, i.e., there is no battery provided. So you must either plug it into a wall outlet which personally I think is inconvenient, or you can use a small battery of your own which I recommend. Just attach the device via the provided usb cable to you battery and away you go. Stick the battery in your pocket and you can work at a computer, take a walk, do house work etc etc. It is very convienent and light weight. It has four power modes, three continuous and one pulse mode. I have been using it every day, twice a day if I have can for the past 10 days on my sprained wrist. While the sprain is not complete healed, I have noticed some improvement. Soft tissue injuries take time to heal. Usually several weeks or longer. In sum, if you need a red light therapy device especially for your wrist this is the one to use. Also works well on the neck.

Worth the price so far...
I admit I was skeptical because it's cheap. It does stink, hopefully that will go away as it airs out. I bought this mostly for the back of my neck. I have a spot at the base of my skull that is always tight and painful. One use, 20 mins on setting 2, and it actually helped! I'm not cured, not 100% pain free but it feels so much better. It does get nice and warm, which feels good and might have helped some, but a heating pad usually doesn't relieve this pain this much. I'm pleasantly surprised and hopeful that continued use may finally give me some relief. Even if it's just a temporary relief on days when it's really bad, then it was worth the price.

Love it.
So far it’s working great, 3 settings, and I am pleased with it so far. UPDATE: Stopped working with in 3 weeks time. Then they sent me another replacement that was a previously returned box. You can tell because box was double labeled and box was not sealed / damaged. And when I opened it no charger. I’m still trying to return and receive refund. I will update again as to if they actually refund me my money back. My advice is to avoid this company altogether. Horrible experience.

Works great.
Big fan of red light therapy. Works great. Little hard to turn on when it is placed on back of neck. Wish there was a different way to turn it on.

Assists with neck pain
I received a whip lash in a car accident many years ago. Wearing this assists with that neck pain. Very happy with product.

Working good
so far so good, nothing to compare it to. first time I bought one. You do have to keep it pluged in, that is ok with me. Good time to just breath

It's ok.
Don't know if this really does any good for anything. Maybe it does, maybe it doesn't. My point is that it is hard to use. The two detachable Velcro straps are hard to fit to anything. I've tried using it on my elbow, my shoulder, my head. It was always a challenge to get it and keep it in place. It just doesn't work well. Better would be to include some elastic wraps to place it and keep it wherever. Right now, it's just a pain to use. Perhaps I can find some elastic wraps in different sizes to go with this, but they should have figured this out. The Velcro straps might work well on a leg. Anyplace else and it just doesn't. If you can't easily use this thing then there is no way it can possibly help. One month update: I've gotten used to attaching it to my arms or legs. An elastic strap would work better to keep it in place, but you can make it work as is. The suggested use time is 30 minutes, but it turns itself off after 20 minutes which doesn't make much sense. Hard to say if this red-light therapy actually does anything. Maybe it does, but I think it would be subtle over a longer time period. I would only try this if other remedies are ineffective. It is an ok unit to try out, just don't expect miracles. I increased my star rating from 2 to 3.
