It's happened to me before, but I thought I was ordering parmesan . . . and ended up with a huge block of romano! I was angry at myself, until I tasted this stuff! Geez, it is delicious. It even has me thinking about whether I prefer parmesan over romano (in recipes, I usually use both). I found myself chopping off a small block, and eating it with a glass of red wine (in addition to shredding quite a bit for use in recipes). I'm ordering again! Careful, though: this stuff is addictive! I ordered two pounds mid-April, and I doubt this is going to last beyond May 1. Try it, you'll love it!

This cheese is creamy, not too salty and it makes you feel like you are at a wine tasting with the best cheeses in the world. I also order the 3 lb block of the Parmesan and it’s just as outstanding. The price is worth it and I will a forever customer.

I use it for most of my cooking.

I have ordered cheese from Amazon sellers twice before, in the spring when it was cooler, and it arrived in good shape. Even though it is no longer the height of summer, the cheese in this last shipment I received was warmish and with liquid in the plastic it was wrapped in. The ice packs were also warmish. I’ve learned my lesson and won’t order cheese again until it is colder. Too bad about the waste of cheese, but I won’t risk eating it.

wow! If you are trying to give up cow dairy but miss the taste of Parmesan cheese, then you just hit the jack pot! This stuff is BETTER than regular Parmesan cheese! It has a more tangy richness to it that really brings out the flavor of chicken Parmesan. Yum! (This says a lot, for I hate the taste of most other goat cheeses.)It arrived quickly in cool packaging. I plan to order it again!

I opened the box and immediately weighed the product. It weighed less than the described 2.0 lbs. Not significant, but less than nonetheless. It was 1/8 of a lb. under 2.0 lbs and at $20.99 a lb., that comes to $2.63.

Good product but spent too long in transit. Was melted when arrived.

Beware if you order in summer... ice was all melted. Glad I was home when it was delivered.I used some yesterday in my eggplant egg batter to make eggplant parmigiana. VerY good flavor!
