This is a great one to select.

I sit long hours when gaming and my neck tends to hurt but this gave my neck the support it needed. My neck doesn’t hurt as bad and the memory foam is super comfortable

the strap rolls down my chair but the firmness retains shape and provides good support.

Good lumbar support, which is what I need. Glad I purchased it.

What a disappointment. First of the "long"? Wow. I shudder to think how big the not long is, 2 inches? There's also no stuffing in it, so it just squishes all the way down and does nothing. Zero support. The material is cheap as heck; flimsy and scratchy. Just don't bother.

not as good as i expected, a little too soft

I purchased the navy lumbar pillow. It has proven useful in a lot of situations. 1. I like the small size of it because I travel and it’s easy to pack or put in the small of my back while driving. 2. I use it during yoga for some poses - again the small size makes it convenient. 3. I have used it in the small of my neck laying down as my chiropractor has requested. It works perfectly for stretching out that area. 4. It is well made and the fabric is very soft. 5. It has a zipper so if it gets dirty you can remove the cover and wash it. 6. If it was larger you could use it under your knees to relieve back pain while laying in bed. 7. The belt will allow me to wear it around my waist and move to different places. Not something I have used as it’s just as easy to pick it up. If you are looking for a small lumbar pillow this fits the bill- would give it 5 Stars
