Great product and worth the price
Bought this for my girlfriend and she loves it. She was tired of other similar products leaking loose pencil shavings everywhere but this one works great. Excellent service and delivery time too.

No fine point.
This pencil does not sharpen to a fine point. Useless for eyebrow pencils. Also the holding room for sharpenings is full before you even sharpen one pencil. Very disappointed in this Estee Lauder product. Very cheap tat not worth price paid. Would not recommend. Would give no stars if possible.

Too blunt
Produces a very blunt pencil. Tip too large for my use. Good that the shavings stay enclosed.

Beware of size
Whilst this is a quality product be careful - the second slot is NOT big enough to sharpen large Estee Lauder pencils. The small slot is great but the next one is really not much bigger and I have a large estee Lauder pencil that doesn't fit - and annoyingly this is what I bought it for.
