Arrive flat, and expand when opened. Nice quilted cover, feel soft and full not slept on it yet. Come in a pair, good price point, look and feel good quality.New pillows always seem worth it, usually replaced when family and friends stay!

Can't comment on the spring back as only used for 1 night but these pillows are NOT firm. Quite thinly stuffed. However, the outer cover is nice and soft. I'm expecting to have to replace them much earlier than I expected.

Don't listen to the negative comments on here about this pillow. I was actually surprised that it was really comfy. I've had it for nearly 2 weeks now and it's been the best night's sleep I've had in a while. I think the negative reviews stem from people accidentally ordering the firmer one, which is this on, expecting the soft one. It offers good support if you're a side sleeper, my arm doesn't go numb anymore. I'd highly recommend the firmer one if you want the extra support.
