Quite simply the bast bar you will ever use. Superbly designed and fit for purpose. Capable of finding purchase in the smallest of gaps and under nail and pin heads due to its finely forged tips. It's broad flat levering surfaces leave little impression in the wood surface. Just beware though, keep hands well clear of both ends of bar when using as they are very finely ground and more than capable of causing nasty injuries.

Really useful bit of kit, I used it to remove skirting and architrave without damaging it. The reason it works so well is that the pry ends are thin (and sharp) and unable you to slide it easily between the two surfaces.

I was fortunate to find my previous superbar in a wall cavity during a demolition job and what a find it was. Being a carpenter I've used it daily ever since and it has been an absolute must have tool of mine. I've only bought a new one as I myself misplaced the old one on a job and was unable to recover it. I was gutted to lose it but thankful I got another. Don't waste time with other bars of this size just get one of these. You won't be disappointed.

Great tool for taking joinery apart. I had to take apart oak facings and architraves on doors to repair a botched job and this tool was just fantastic. First one I've had and I can see how useful it will be.

Heavy, strong and sharp. This will make light work of a skirting board, floor board, stubborn nail, anything really. It makes you feel like a burglar walking around with it in your hand.

I have been using this bar long time ago, and no any problems for the lifting doors or heavy windows. Highly recommend it for the professionals.

I have been using Vaughn superbars for 30 years. I finally broke the original by wacking it with sledge to pry a piece of hardwood by driving into wood and applying severe torque. I was lost . Had to find one and nothing else comes close. Fast delivery. Thankyou
