I had a vitamin D deficiency and started taking these about six months ago. After three months my vitamin D level went up. I did have to increase the IU I was taking at three months and was retested at six months. Finally my vitamin D level is where it should be. The soft gel capsules are extremely easy to swallow. I tend to gag swallowing pills.

Small gel capsules without a taste or noticeable smell. Easy to swallow and the only challenge is remembering to take them. Haven’t had a blood test to recheck my levels but I guess I feel different? I was deficient before so I’m hoping my levels have risen since.

Recently tried another brand supposed to be superior. When i kept having stomachaches i had to pay attention and finally filtered down to the new vitamin D. Went right back to this one. If it hurts my stomache it can't be doing what it is supposed to. This ones a keeper!
