Bought it on a whim but it really does help with balance and is fun
Always had an issue with balance due to an auto accident and bought this on a whim, but found this to really help with my balance and is fun to use. My kids even liked it!

Love it!
I use this at my standing desk while working, so I stand on it for about 6 hours at a time. I'll fluctuate between standing normally, doing a yoga "tree" pose, or wobbling it back and forth under my feet. I feel like it helps me focus. It's sturdy and I really like it. I'm small, so I can't attest to how it would hold up for a larger person, but it seems really durable. My five-year-old likes to balance on it, too.

NFL uses this device
Saw the NFL uses this in their training room. Sure their version costs much more. But trying to stay on it through tv commercials is having a positive affect on my core. Yes oversized core. It’s a challenge but on commercial breaks I jump on and balance.
