Are these tablets coated in any way to ease swallowing?

I find putting the pill in a spoonful of smooth applesauce and after swallowing, drink quite a bit of water eases it down the throat. I do that with all the pills I take no matter the size because I have to and unless directed otherwise I take after eating. Hope this helps!

Great price and product

I have an MTHFR gene mutation and I have to use chelated zinc and methylated folate. Mutation is quite common especially with ADHD. 250 tablets! Plus in the end you have a great jar 🤯

Great product that works.

I learned that taking Zinc at night is best. I'm usually sick the majority of winter due to a lung disease, but this time it was only once instead of back to back, after taking it nightly. I swear by this brand and will continue to purchase it.

Great quality supplement
