The light pollution in my room has been reduced reduced by about 90% (I have a couple of items that I can’t block the light from but that’s because of the way the indicator light is set into the piece of equipment) and silly as it might sound, I’ve slept so much better since using these stickers. The photo I’ve attached is of my phone charging cable which has an intense blue indicator light on either side which flashes as the phone is being charged. Fine during the day but incredibly bright and annoying at night. One small sticker over the LED and the issue has been solved. My only complaint is that the sheet comes with a large number of tiny dots and not enough big dots, and not enough non circular dots.
