I purchased this dehumidifier in October, and at first, it worked brilliantly, drying out the entire room and even the laundry. I particularly loved the tank, as it’s much easier to empty compared to the drawers on other models.Unfortunately, after just a month, the pump stopped working. I did use it for a few days with the drain option, and the compressor and the rest of the machine still performed wonderfully. The tank was such a fantastic feature for me.I had to talk with CustomerServicesand they were very helpful. I’m tempted to order it again, but I noticed many people in the Questions section mentioning the same issue with the pump, which is very disappointing, as it has the potential to be an outstanding machine.One final point—it’s quite noisy. It’s not the quietest dehumidifier I’ve owned, but I didn’t mind since I used it in the laundry room. It’s also very heavy, but the wheels are good. That said, it’s definitely not the sort of dehumidifier you can easily move between floors, though it’s manageable on the same level if there are no steps.

Modern sleek design. Low noise levels.I use it in my basement and this machine has been working very hard, how much moisture it has extracted out of the environment is a surprise to me. I had little idea how much moisture can be contained in the basement.The inbuilt storage capacity is good. I currently empty it once or twice a day. I plan on connecting large water outlet storage in the coming weeks. The digital controls and display are also easy to work with.The Humidifier is a very good purchase for me.

What an incredible unit this is. It’s completely transformed our cellar in to a usable and pleasant space. Easy to use and absolutely love the auto-pump system. Simply put the plastic tube in to a drain or outside, set the moisture control and leave the machine to do the rest.Have recommended to family and friends. Great price for such an impressive piece of kit.

This product does the job perfectly. It is easy to set up, gives you the current humidity and take the water from the air very effectively. You just plug it in and go. I'm very pleased with the equipment and it's really good value for the price. I highly recommend this product.

This is a very good dehumidifier, it is an elegant design and not too noisy. The instructions are not brilliant but worked out reasonably easily. It is sturdy and weight manageable for lifting where needed over steps etc. I waited a few weeks before writing this review to experience the efficacy which has proven very good. I have had a number of dehumidifiers over many years and this is definitely a well constructed model.

Fantastic dehumidifier. I have had a few over the years but this one is far superior.It is a lot more powerful and holds a lot more water than other dehumidifiers I have had or seen for sale.It is easy to use and move about as it has wheels. I'm extremely pleased with the product and would highly recommend it.

I already own a dehumidifier (half as powerful). Which has been a real trooper and collects about 4 litres in 24 hours. I wanted to get a second, more powerful one to do another room.This one looks good and has a bigger tank. It seemed powerful and worked fine for about a month - Unfortunately I had to return it because it started to ice up and when iced up , wouldn’t draw moisture from the air. (The other unit worked fine alongside it)I wasn’t impressed by the waste water tank on the top - it struck me as fragile (moulded from same plastic as the salad drawer in your fridge) and quite thin. The lid was a bit of a pain to remove and replace - it felt brittle and flimsy.I think my main gripe was that when it was time to empty the tank you had to hold it with both hands, which is fine if you don’t have to open a door while carrying it. The tank on my other unit has a handle so you can carry it one-handed like a bucket.
