This is a great product.I have to improvise though as it made me cough while taking in form of capsules. So I break the capsule and use the powder mixed with honey. So it doesn't make my allergies worse.

I haven’t had these supplements too long but I noticed that I have more chin hairs that are much thinner than my original coarse ones. However I am giving this 5 stars because my skin looks amazing!!! I struggle with problem skin and these few weeks I’ve been taking these supplements my skin looks calm and smooth!!

I started this over a month ago and I am not noticing a huge difference. I originally bought it for hormone and stomach support. I have not noticed much difference in my hormonal issues since starting but I have noticed a slight benefit in digestive issues. I think it helps calm an upset stomach and improves digestion.
