I tried this product because I was having really bad moods. Since taking this I've not had problem ! Now on my second month and no side effects. I would thoroughly recommend giving them a try

Great for meno health

There are two ingredients in this supplement- soy isoflavones and vitamin b6. I’ve used other menopausal supplements that have a much wider range of vitamins and minerals, but the isoflavones are missing. It is these soy based compounds that mimic oestrogen. I’m not keen on using soy on a long term basis due to the genetically modified nature of most soy, but I wanted to see if the isoflavones made a difference. I’m already on HRT and so I already have a hormonal boost. I’m about halfway through the packet and I’ve not noticed an improvement. I wonder if these will be better suited to those not on HRT. I do like the brand - Healthspan are a longstanding quality brand that I can trust. While I may not but these again, I would buy more Healthspan products.

It's always an act of faith when buying and using supplements, usually the effects are subtle and take time to make themselves known. I wait in hope.

Healthspan for me is always a go-to for supplements. They are of good quality and really do work. I was keen to try these as I'm in the menopause, which does cause havoc! Vitamin B6 helps regulate your hormones These tablets are vegan, which is essential for me when looking at supplements. You take 1 per day and get 30 in the pack, so it works out about 19p per day (at the current price of £5.99). Although this seems pricey, it really is worth it. The tablets are easy to swallow and leave no aftertaste. I suffer with dry eyes and I can honestly say these have helped. I don't feel like I constantly have grit in my eyes all the time, for this reason alone I will continue to buy. Fantastic quality again from Healthspan.
