I have sciatica and I really like this. Firstly it is quite big including the heating pad, and you can arrange it to fit on the part of your back/hip that is hurting. The straps are fine. It has 6 heating levels and I find level 3 comfortable for fairly long periods, but towards the end I can turn it down to 2 or 1. However you can take it all the way up to 6 so anyone should be able to find a level that is comfortable. Heats up very quickly, 1-2 minutes. It also has 4 periods it's on for before switching off automatically, the default and shortest being an hour. Of course you can also just switch it off when you like. Seems to help my sciatica, but we're all different. Delivered very quickly (the day after ordering).

I have multiple health conditions and this soothes my pain. The temperature gets really hot, which for me, is great :) Gave 4 stars bc when you detach it from the plug temperature doesn't last long, so I cant really walk around and have the benefit of the heat, so I have to stay in one spot but it really is a good product..

Best thing ever, certainly helps with pain relief. A long cable length too which helps. Also, you can change the heat settings that suit you best. A really useful item to relieve aches and pains anywhere on the body. So pleased I ordered this.

This item is good quality and a good size to go around the hips. It also has good heat settings to suit me.

Köpt denna då min gamla trotjänare gav upp. Denna är nästan lika bra. Det var tyvärr en kontakt på som inte passade våra eluttag, tre piggar o vi har bara två. Men min man kunde byta den.Kunde varit lite längre band. Den räcker precis runt mig. Jag har normalt damkläder stl 44. Annars är jag supernöjd. Värmer min onda rygg perfekt.

Wir sind mit dem Wärmegurt hoch zufrieden. Es hat 6 Temperaturstufen und eine Zeitstufen-Schaltung. Wir benutzen diesen Wärmegurt oft - z.B. bei Rücken- oder Bauchschmerzen, Zerrungen. Und auch hin und wieder mal wenn es uns kalt ist. Habe auch schon mal meine Füße darin eingepackt. Das war auch sehr wohltuend. Unser Nachbar hatte uns diesen Wärmegurt empfohlen. Sind sehr dankbar.

If I could give this thing more stars, I would. I love, love, love this heating pad, ESPECIALLY for the price. It's soft, great quality material, the detachable cord is very handy, the heating pad doesn't get stiff and plastic-y when it cools off, you can't feel the wires inside moving around inside like you can with some heating pads. The automatic shut off options are 1, 2, 4, and 6 hrs, and it has 6 temp settings. You can use this sitting at your desk working, sitting on the couch watching TV, working in the kitchen (depending on how big your kitchen is). The cord is pretty long, I think 6 ft, it's easy to disconnect, walk away, come back and reconnect. Absolutely perfect for menstrual cramps and lower and middle back pain! I'm a bit of a chunky girl and it fits fine around my waist, as well as my husband's 40" waist. It is easy, works great, and super comfortable. I swear I could rave about it all day. And at $22.99, even if it only lasts 6 mos it will still be worth it and I'll buy another one!
