How egregious are the quality control issues on this figure?

Depending on what you are meaning. As far as what I have read, QC seems to focus around the clear plastic joint where the front windshield meets the back of Jazz's neck. That would where a crack would form, even just taking it out of packaging. Some reports that the crack is larger than others, where there are other figures who do not have a crack. Mine came in very minor. As long as I am careful with transformation, this will not be an issue. Again, just be careful when moving his front windshield back and forth. Other than the fore mentioned windshield, my Jazz has no paint blemishes, scratches, loose joints or mis-assembled parts. Hope that this answers your question.

Why are deliveries taking so long? I ordered in April and still don't have it.
