Had this thing.. less than a year. 10months to be exact! & It's not working already. U only have 30days to return. 🤦🏾‍♂️ Amazon.. and this company failed the consumer! Do not buy this product.. it's a piece of crap

I purchased this heater 9/18 to use this winter to help keep the furnace from kicking on as often. We started using it some mid October and it was working great. Fast forward to 12/1 we smelled something and realized the fan quit working and was just getting hotter. If we hadn't found this it could have burnt up! I went through hours and numerous foreign customer service agents before I finally was able to send it back for a (full) refund according to the last one I talked to. He assured there would be no restocking fee! Guess what they did it anyway! Long story short don't waste your money or time with amazon! Buy local only!

I really like this heater I only have one in my 1985 sf split level home and I have it in the livingroom and it keeps it comfortable on the and I can tell I'll need a second one when the tep drops more but it's 49° and it's a little chill in the air so if I get a second one it'll be just right and of course I have to get more for the rooms but it warms up a very large area

Edit: After my one star review, the company reached out to me and offered to send me a return label and a replacement. They sent the new heater, and I put the old one in the box and sent it back. So far the replacement heater works great with no issues. One star removed for the initial experience.Original Review: It was great and did the job, but stopped working after 32 days, just after the return window closed.

This unit was easy to assemble with no issues. It is slim, does not take up much space, it is easy to maneuver on the wheels, heats up in a reasonable amount of time, and moderately heats provides the entire downstairs when temperatures are between 30-40 degrees outdoors. I like this product.

To be honest, it looks very nice and modern, but that’s about it. It doesn’t heat very well and you can barely feel the heat from over 4 feet away. I’m not sure why the others felt. This was a good heating unit and less they never had better but I am returning this unit for a real portable heater, best case scenario, this would be for a very small room with all the doors closed.

I love this heater! I have no heat in my house and this heater has come through for me. It makes my house nice and toasty. I love the easy controls, and the 3 wattage settings. Just set the thermostat and your good to go, don't be surprised if you get to warm.The only downfall I have with this heater, it needs a handle to pull from. It does such a good job, I'll overlook it.

The media could not be loaded.  Had product exactly 2 months and doesn’t work doesn’t come on and when it does come on it shuts right off. The remote control never worked but we made do. I have no idea what’s going on but for $100 and only months of use it was not worth it. I say save your money and find a heater from another company.
