This little ash vac works decent. It doesn’t have a ton of power but it has enough to suck up the ash. It doesn’t leak any dust so the filter must be working well. I absolutely love the color. The cord is nice and long. They will send you an extra filter if you answer their messages so be sure to look for a message from them.So far I’m really pleased with this vacuum. It was super easy to put together and it seems well built.

It does the thing you need it to do, and it does it well. I use it for cleaning out my pellet stove for the cold weather. It is smallish but that is fine. I only had to empty it out once or twice last winter.

Handle and attachments seem cheaply made. Handle actually bowed when picking up the machine while empty and just put together. Other then that machine has great suction.

This clogs up bad! It takes longer to use this than to just use a fireplace shovel and clean it out by hand. Maybe just use it after cleaning to get the remains. Not worth the headache.

I received my ash vacuum on November 1st. We’ve had a mild winter and have only used it six times. I’ve kept it clean and emptied after each use. Just tried to use it for the first time in a month. It turned on, but no suction. Verified nothing stuck in the hose and the vacuum was clean. Plugged back in and won’t start. Came back to my order page on Amazon for support and apparently my support for the product has “expired”. What a waste of money…

Wow, I don't know how I got along without this for so long. I burn a lot of wood in my fireplace during the winter and it was a real chore I always put off. Partly because I have a heat exchanger which serves as a grate for my fires. Cleaning out the ashes was a pain because I had to lift the exchanger out of the fireplace in order to do a complete job removing the ashes. Brush and dustpan worked okay, but added another problem... the ash being so powdery, it didn't take much to get it all over the place.This vac is very light weight. The suction power is great. It will occasionally get clogged at the end, by a piece of charred wood hiding in the ash, but that is very easy dealt with.This is definitely a five star item.

does the job… Really lightweight, powerful suction. Happy to have it. I would recommend it. It sits in a corner in my living room so I’ve just ordered a giant bag to cover it up because it is a tiny bit of an eyesore and I have no place else to store it
