Perfect fit
Bought this after a Wickes "universal" one didn't fit as it was far too big and sprung leaks. Being able to order a size to fit the specific fireplace means the fit is perfect and stops all draughts going up and debris falling down.

Make sure you order the correct size.
Have had these before, and got one that was for a larger chimney and even when inflated didn’t stay in place. This one fits perfectly and is great. Make sure there are no sharp edges in your chimney, as they are not very thick

My new chimney balloon arrived and its new slot. All fitted nicely but I will say the diagram on the chimney balloon website and Amazon is very confusing. That's my only quibble

Pointless
Stick a pillow up the stack and save your money. Same job and doesn’t deflate.

Does the job perfectly. Just needs another foot length on the hose.

Not sealed properly
Absolutely awful, the least you’d expect from a ballon is that it stays inflated.There are multiple gaps where air escapes instantaneously. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Do not buy.

Chimney Balloon Fabulous
Excellent balloon, replacement for the last one purchased in 2007, and cheaper!!! Easy to install and now house is cosy and warm for the colder months.
