Great quality for my grandchildren

It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. It works well, I looked through all the sample slides and I am excited to create my own samples.

My middle school daughter loves this microscope because it is just as nice as the one in her weekly science lab. We were really thrilled with the assortment of accessories, and so far we haven't needed to purchase additional supplies. We mostly use it to do 7th grade science, and it is perfect for that purpose. It even came with a wireless light! If you have an older learner, this is the right level for middle school and older.

I hate the clicky light, no clear instructions on set up and use. Just very cheap and I hate it. Couldn’t use it couldn’t see through it. Thought this would be fun with my kid but no just annoying.

If your phone has more than one camera when you try and take a photo it will switch cameras. Instead of staying on the photo mode, go to portrait since only one camera can be used in that setting. I saw a few reviews on that and so far this has been the only way it works.

We were really excited to get this however the little light that came with it didn’t work and I put brand new battery in it, still didn’t work. There are no instructions on how to attach the phone holder. Or recommendations on app or camera to use. Most of the slides that came were in Chinese and we are US buyers. The microscope seems nice but my daughter was upset that she hasn’t gotten to even use it yet.

I grew up a geeky kid and loved getting to use microscopes to explore the world around me. Now I get to bring that excitement to my kiddo. She's just into 1st grade with home schooling but I got this and we use it regularly to explore the tiny bits of the world around us. We spend a lot of time working on sciences and this has become one of her favorite things to do. We go out and collect new material for our slides then come inside to explore what we found and talk about it. It's really good quality at this price point, comes with all we needed to get started, and should cover all her use for years to come. This is one of those geeky fun purchases I wish as a kid I could have had all to myself way earlier than I did and I'm thrilled how excited it makes my kid at getting to use it.
