Super excellent great for cooking and making salad dressings

Outstanding vinegar
Had a simple lunch dish in France of mixed sliced tomatoes and baguette with butter. The dressing was transformational so I asked Le Patron to show me what it was. Olive oil plus this vinegar was what he showed me. Outstanding quality and taste made the simplest of ingredients into a memorable meal.
