Works well for Video Podcast
I purchased this for my nephew who has a video podcast that he makes while driving to work. I bought it because he was getting a lot of road noise on the separate clip on microphone he was using. Now that he is using this headset, he is getting much clearer audio with much reduced road noise. The road noise isn’t gone, but if it low enough so that you can hear his words without difficulty. Recommended.

Product review
Sounds isn’t very good for my environment. I bought them for using in my big truck. For everything else where there isn’t a lot of road noise or extra loud background noise. They’re ok. But people also had trouble hearing me talk. They referred to it as being muffled.

No mute button
There is no mute button on the device...completely useless! I can hang up, change songs, etc...but not mute. Bad design. They are comfortable and the sound quality was good. Did one test call and they said the audio quality from the mic was good as well.

Very weak in key areas...
While this may be the top of the line based on "Best of..." reviewes, there are key weaknesses with the device.1) Power Up / Power Down DOESN'T ALWAYS WORK.2) Plug in to charge gives no indication if charging, completed charge or any other indication.3) Instructions to complete a 2nd Pairing Only stated "Power up and enter pairing mode". No other switch is identified as activating pairing selection or or other function. Only the "Hold vol down for three seconds to turn off" or "Hold vol up for 3 seconds" to turn off or on (respectively). No other indication on method used to begin to pair.4) Instructions don't indicate how to pair with a device that does not have a visible instructions for pairing a blue tooth device other than for a smart phone. My intended device is not a phone, TV, or other common device - it is a base used for phone calls that pairs with blue tooth devices.5) The boom mic is very limited on its adjustment. Instructions pamphlet indicates the boom mic is adjustable. No method found to "adjust" for length or position close to the mouth.Bottom line, as of this date (2d after receipt) I've yet to determine if device is fully charged or not, nor have I been able to pair the device with anything. While the pamphlet is correct about "pairing mode" light flash, I can't even get my Blue Tooth devices (any of them) to "recognize" there is a device out there it can pair with.Of course, all this could be "user malfunction", though I'm not entirely convinced yet. If it winds up being user malfunction, then I'll update my post to reflect those findings (and perhaps my star rating).

Great headset, but even greater customer support
Ordered this headset (Q3 pro) Oct 2023. Have used it for zoom and teams, it has been great. I was tired of having something in or on my ears after a few years of remote work. Battery last all day. This july the power/volume up button recessed into the headset so I had to use a pen tip to push the button, mind you the headset still works. Contacted the manufacturer about warranty replacement. No questions, no fuss, they are sending a replacement. Great headset, greater support!

Decent for the right application
As others have mentioned, Bone-Conducting headsets are never gonna knock your socks of with audio quality (particularly if you are looking for good clean base). However, if you use the foam earplugs, it helps tremendously with the depth of sound (even if it kinda defeats the purpose of open-ear listening). I purchased this unit after using Shockz for many years. These are 1/3rd the price so I thought I would give them a try after losing or wearing out my more expensive Shockz. Thoughts/comparisons:Comfort - The Shockz are more comfortable in my opinion. These seem to apply more pressure but they stay in place better as a result. These also have a boom mic adding to the weight.Functionality - I bought these specifically for conference calling and phone use while driving. For this purpose, I think I made the best choice based on quality + features + price. The mic provides very clear reception of my voice and my callers appreciate that. I was issued a large, over-the-ear, high-quality (Plantronics) bluetooth headset by my employer, but, while they sound great, they are too intrusive and I can't hear my own voice or anything else going on around me very well with them on.I am also a cyclist, runner and hiker and need to be able to hear what is going on in my immediate surroundings. Bone Conducting address these needs perfectly and I really don't have to remove them until I go to bed. I also like to sweep-arm allowing the mic to be tucked out of the way so that folks will not think I am on the phone when I'm not.Battery seems to last just as long as my OpenRuns though I would appreciate a status announcement about remaining capacity upon power-up rather than only having that announced at the final 10% or so remaining.I REALLY appreciate the standard USB-C charging interface as opposed to a proprietary magnetic charger. Those are easy to lose and add unnecessary cost over a lifetime of ownership.Overall, I am happy with this unit and will report back on longevity in 6 months or so (or if it fails prior to that time).

Good Buy for Tai Chi Instructors
This item is great if you are conducting a Tai Chi class or something similar and wanrt hear your music but have ears available to hear your students or participants if necessary. Fit is Ok but I wish it was adjustable. Not everybody,s ears are in the same place and head sizes are different. So far very durable.
