Neideso 360° Dash Cam Front and Rear Inside, 4 Channel Dash Camera for Car

When you first use this dash cam, it's best you read the manual so you can understand each function and not try to guess what you're doing. I really do recommend taking an hour or more to just toy with the dash cam and understand how it works. It will come in handy when you need to quickly adjust something (like when you're sitting at a red light). It's really nice having a voice-activated dash cam as well. I have found that at times, the voice commands don't work even though it's enabled. I have to disable/re-enable it for it to start working. Still, there’s a physical button for the most important voice command (in my opinion) that I use often which is to lock a video. Also, if you’re playing any music through your speakers, even if it's soft, there's a high chance the dash cam will not pick up your voice. However, it may be my particular dash cam that has this issue. Their mobile app is okay and not top of the line. The user interface is okay. Could it be better? Oh yeah, it definitely can. Does it get the job done for what you need it to do? Probably if you just want to view videos, lock them, and save them to your phone. Please note, if you want to watch a video through the mobile app, the dash cam will stop recording. So be aware that you cannot watch videos from the mobile app and have the dash cam continue to record your surroundings. Yes, it's kinda frustrating, but it makes sense as the dash cam has to stop writing data to storage in order to read from it and provide you with its recorded videos. When loading a video from the mobile app, it is a bit slow. Sometimes, the video loads quickly and other times, it could take up to 20 seconds. One thing to note though, I'm currently using the micro SD card that came with the dash cam. I haven't tried using my Samsung micro SD card, which may perhaps reduce the video loading time signigicantly. The videos recorded by the dash cam are clear in 1080p and are smooth. I was afraid that the recorded videos would be choppy where it looks like the movement of cars and people walking by seemed as if they were lagging. Fortunately, the video playback was smooth. In my personal opinion, you are definitely getting more than what you paid for. Yes, this dash cam costs over $100, but remember that you're getting four 1080p cameras. Most dash cams around the same price or those that hang around $70 usually only have two cameras, in which the backup camera is some trash 720p or 480p camera. I've dealt with a dash cam that had a 720p camera. You barely see anything clearly. Yes, you can see cars, but good luck trying to read off a license plate or getting decent footage of a vehicle. So, having four cameras where I can choose which direction two of the cameras are facing is 100% GOLD to me. Currently, I use the two side cameras to look directly left/right of me. However, if I ever invite someone into my car I'm not 100% comfortable with (like an acquaintance from work), I can easily turn one of the side cameras to face the inside of my car. This dash cam has really helped me be at ease when driving. I know that I’ll have good footage to show the police if anything were to happen. After having this dash cam for quite some time, it has been reliable to me so far except for one major issue. For some reason, the dash cam kept on setting the wrong time on my recordings, which made it difficult to know what day and time a video was taken. I've reached out to Neideso Support, and they assisted me in troubleshooting the dash cam. After multiple failed attempts which spanned over many weeks (due to testing), they decided to send me a new dash cam. Their customer service was very supportive in assisting me and did what they can to resolve my issue. If you're looking for a good-quality dash cam with added features AND at a budget price, I highly recommend trying out this one out!

I decided to buy this 4-channel dash cam mainly for safety. I spend a lot of time driving, and after a couple of close calls on the road I kept thinking, “I really wish I had a camera recording everything.” That’s what pushed me to invest in a system that could truly capture everything happening around my vehicle. After using it for a few weeks, I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The first thing that impressed me was the 4-camera setup (front, rear, and interior). The 360° coverage makes a big difference. It’s not just recording what happens in front of the car, but also behind it and inside the cabin. For anyone who drives frequently or wants extra protection in case of an incident, this is a huge advantage. The video quality is also very solid. The 2K front camera captures great detail, and you can often read license plates in good lighting conditions. The other 1080P cameras do a great job covering the rest of the vehicle and providing clear footage. Another thing I appreciated is that it comes with a 64GB SD card, so you can start using it right away. Installation was fairly straightforward, and the Wi-Fi connection with the mobile app makes it easy to review footage directly from your phone without removing the card. The built-in GPS is also a great feature since it records speed and location, which can be extremely useful if you ever need evidence after an incident. On top of that, the voice control feature is convenient when you're driving and don’t want to take your hands off the wheel. The main reason I bought this dash cam was to protect myself in case of accidents or traffic disputes. Thankfully I haven’t needed the footage for anything serious yet, but it gives me real peace of mind knowing that everything around the car is being recorded from multiple angles. Overall, if you drive often, take road trips, or just want an extra layer of security for your vehicle, this dash cam is definitely worth considering. I purchased this dash cam because both of my car mirrors were stolen while I parked my car in the parking lot. The owner refused to provide security camera footage, and my previous dash cam did not record anything. I own three dash cams before this one, all of them are single channel, all use suction cups which I have to re-attach every now and then, and the suction cups completely failed in 3-4 years - good enough right? I am not complaining. But they did not capture anything useful, there were also some operational difficulties. I also purchased other brand dash cam before Neideso, but have to remove it from my car after I spending half day installing it because I found out the GPS was always on and cannot be turn off. For this dash cam there many advantages: 1) four cameras, one front, one back, one left and one right. I turn left camera to left side mirror, right to the right! These camera give nice video and photos. I tested front and back cameras in my basement, I can capture photos with license plate at 10 yards under very low light conditions. 2) I can turn GPS off, I do not want to collect information against myself! I already have GPS in my phone. 3) I can take photos, all four cameras, while I am recording. For my previous dash cams, I have to stop recording first before taking photos - painful experience. This is why I love this Neideso. 4) I can do many operations while video is recording, no need to stop it, such as turning on/off WiFi, turning on/off screen, toggling camera view. 5) Voice commands: "take photo" will make this dash cam take photos for all four cameras, no need to connect to smart phone first, no need to hit the button on the dash cam itself. 6) option to attach to windshield with adhesive tape - perhaps more secure. 7) the price is very affordable. 8) customer service is amazingly great. There are weakness: Voice commands could be better: I tried in my basement, all voice commands work well, but in my car in real life driving, only a few voice commands work. But, with the few working voice commands, I am happy enough. Improvement is always welcome. In my opinion, this dash cam is a great value indeed. But I own this dash only a short period of time, I will find out how it works as time passes by. I am yet to install the parking mode hardwire. I do recommend this dash cam, particularly for those people worry about their car mirrors in parking lot.

Meh...... I like having the four channels but I've already had to replace the cord for the rear camera after only a day. Thankfully the second cord works well so far. The voice command feature doesn't really work all that well. Sometimes it does if I turn off my heater and I'm sitting still so there's no road noise. But even then sometimes it still doesn't listen to me. I did manage to get it to take a photo while I was driving down the road. The sunrise was really pretty through the trees so I wanted a picture but it was so blurry that it wasn't any good. I guess it would be good if you're sitting still somewhere and you wanna take a picture. I guess I'd probably give it a B rating because it does take video going down the road well but it definitely has some flaws and glitches

Ive had this dash cam for a while. The picture quality is great and so is the sound quality. It has 4 camera views. Interior of driver and passenger as well as your front and rear windshields. The app is easy to navigate and you can save or screen record videos if preferred. Its really easy to get into the app and situate everything. The installation is easy but there is alot of wires that you need to hide so keep it in mind. In order for it to look good so wires are hanging they need to be tucked in places ran through pieces of car etc. I recommend investing in a dash cam. This one in particular is worth every cent and ive had it for about 2 years now. Ive never had any problems with it and it handles the elements just fine. Invest in a dash cam. This is a non bias footage vs he said she said , this is what happened etc. This is complete evidence that doesnt lie.

I purchased it for my new car, which I bought last year, the Subaru BRZ TS 2025 I bought the dash camera last year I installed it myself, which took me some time, like precisely twenty minutes not hard to installation is good and compact in size the quality is decent you have to purchase a membership if you want more features for the dash camera the screen of inside kinda peel because the sun you don't wants to leave your camera inside the car especially on summer time the battery life connect to the car battery since is a smart scan won't drain the battery will know when not to need to be usages I'm planning to get rid of this dash camera get new different one once my membership is over. By the way, to go back and view the camera on the phone, you have to connect the camera wifi and not the actual wifi just for you to connect to your phone to view the camera.

I purchased this camera because I thought it was a great idea to have four cameras in one and for the most part. It worked fine right out of the box and after a couple days things didn't work too well the video playback was very stuttering and downloading to save just stopped in the middle and never completing the download . I proceeded to contact the company, figuring for what good that's gonna do for me, but to my surprise, they responded within a day and wanted me to try out a bunch of different things that I could try that maybe would solve the problem, so I did but nothing seemed to work so I came to the conclusion that the problem was within the camera itself and after much correspondence back-and-forth, they agreed and they offered to send me a brand new camera kit free of charge. I received the new camera, got it all hooked up and so far it's working very well much better than the other one I had so I am actually checking all my videos on a daily basis or whenever I go out driving to make sure everything is still working the way it should as you do get a two year warranty with this and I really believe this company would make good on it. I've never had a company correspond with me like this before from Amazon. this company and I could tell they were pretty much in China went out of its way to help me. They never really gave up so for that reason I give a five star not so much for the old camera, but for the customer service I received to replace the old one that was something I did not expect and I never brought it up they're the ones that suggested it. so all I can say is the camera appears to be good so give it a try if you're in the market for one and hopefully you will have better luck with the one you get if not, feel free to email that company and let them know your experiences. I'm sure they're gonna help anybody else just as much as they help me. Just be patient with them and don't get mad at them. They're only trying to help you. 5/5/26 update Yesterday i had a accident and later went to look through this dash Cam for the footage only to find out it never recorded it, but meanwhile, it was recording everything else up to that point and after that point. This is what this camera supposed to do and for it not to do that it has failed me miserably and i have changed my rating to 1 star. so that being said, I totally do not recommend this product. 5/12/26 update; im happy to report that with the help of the seller i was able to find all the recordings of the accident and was able to prove that it wasn't my fault. When you have an accident, the camera recognizes that and automatically sends those videos into another folder to protect them from being looped over. This is why I could not find them, so for that reason and because of their help, I am changing my one star to five star as I really believe this is a very very good product as the videos that I saw of the accident where Crystal clear. And now I totally do recommend this product. this company absolutely stands behind their product and that means an awful lot to a consumer.

Sucks i had to put even 1 star to write a review. This camera is crap. Had good reviews when i looked at them and I can only assume they remove the bad reviews frequently. 30 day return windows is absurd for an electronic andI'm betting it's set this way to take your money. Who has time to install and use this quite that quickly to know you if you even like it. I got it installed finally and needed it today for a traffic stop and the Camera is worthless. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! I'll post this same review to my 2.2 million followers as well as repost here each time it's removed. So many negatives to list but the video skips every 2 seconds with playback, the app has to be near the internet with your Bluetooth off and your car has to be on and running to watch a video. Let's not forget that you have to go into the dashcam settings to turn on the wifi, while leaving the car running, to go in your house for the app to work to even view a video. It was delivered April 18th, I was out of town until April 26th, I had it installed mother's day weekend and now today May 21st (traffic stop day) I'm 3 days past the return date and returning it isn't an option. FOR A $200 Dashcam that's a rip off and set this way because they know their product is junk. SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY FAR AWAY from this dashcam. I should have tried the Redtiger I debated. Lesson learned
