This would be a fantastic product if not for the finish. It smells heavily of gas and slips anytime you grip something heavy. Then the finish stays on your fingers for a while until you wash with something that will de grease your hands:) if you are serious about training grip strength at all this is a waste of $50. If this is casual still most likely a waste but probably less so.
