I love this mop!!! I am the owner of a cleaning company and I use this in all my homes and in my own home as well! It is so easy to use and keeps the clean water clean! Works so well getting in all the tight spots and works well on walls. The handle is long enough that I can reach bit more importantly I don't have to stoop.

Update: I was a bit aggressive with the mop handle and broke the mop head. Reached out to the manufacturer and the sent a brand new mop AND bucket. Best customer service I have encountered in years!! This is one of the best mops that I have ever used!! We use it in our food truck and with the two chambers, one cleaner and the other for the dirty water it makes cleaning a breeze and leaves the floor spotless!! Would recommend this product 100%!!! The lifetime warranty is a plus and they stand behind it!

The mop bucket fit perfectly inside the cabinet below my sink. It’s great to finally have a relatively compact mop bucket that also has separate reservoirs for clean water, clean water to rinse, and dirty water. I like how you can control how much clean water flows into the rinse reservoir and that when you scrape to rinse, it automatically will go into the dirty reservoir. The mop pad is slightly larger than my swiffer which helps the chore go by quicker! It comes with a third middle bar that is optional to lengthen the pole. I’m using it with the third middle bar to help reduce bending over (I’m 5’4) but it is a little long for me. No big deal, and if anything I can always remove it. I do wish the height adjustments had more options like an inner pole to extend/contract instead of separate pieces but it’s not a big deal. I wish the grip handle was more ergonomic and had more of a loop handle grip instead of just being straight with a hook at the end (to hang) but we’ll see with prolonged use if this is annoying or not. The weight doesn’t hurt my wrists/hands even with my arthritis but maybe it was just a good day. I’ll give an update. I did hear that eventually the mop pads will snag on the rinsing teeth, so we’ll see when that happens. Changing the mop pads is a bit of a pain as you have to hook the base flaps into pockets on the bottom of the mop pad (along with Velcro). I don’t see the need in making it SO secure but shouldn’t be too much of a big deal since I’d only change the pad after cleaning my whole apartment. I wouldn’t change the pad multiple times during one session like with my swiffer due to the clean rinsing capabilities. So far I’m happy and want to give it 5 stars but will provide an update if my opinion changes or things get actually annoying.

I love the idea of this mop. It’s great on the walls and I love the seperate water chambers. A few things I don’t like but can over look: The mop rod keeps unhooking. This is annoying but I can overlook it, it’s an easy fast fix. The chamber you put the pad in to get clean water does get a bit dirty but not as bad as if it’s all one bucket. The last thing which I can’t seem to get over is all my mop pads are ripping. The center edge where you dunk it in the water has shredded on 2 of the pads which makes it extremely hard to use. Also it’s been less then a month… I’m not really sure how to get replacements, I don’t feel like I should have to pay for them. But I don’t want to return the whole thing either.

Ok, I will be honest, I was ready to return the item but after using the system a bunch of times, I am totally converted. First of all, if you are reading reviews about the pole seeming weak or like it is going to break, that means the person did not follow the directions properly when it was assembled. The pole assembly is in a specific direction and if not done correctly, it will indeed feel like it is going to break. Once assembled properly it is very strong. Second, even though the bucket is not that big, it means it is light enough to carry and the square shape means it will be super easy to store. Third, in spite of the small bucket, a little goes a LONG way because the system separates the dirty water. Fourth, the mop lies flat so you can easily mop under dressers and beds. Fifth, the mop comes with an extender so it’s great for taller people or to clean walls. Yes it is annoying that you have to rotate the head to clean both ends but I’d rather do that than constantly clean out the bucket. Yes the mechanism is a little stiff at first but with use, it gets easier and easier to clean the head. The pads also seem better at scrubbing the floors compared to other mop systems and it’s great that this comes with extra pads. I am quite happy with this product even though I initially felt it was too much to spend on a mop. As an apartment dweller, this system works well for my needs.

Ok, I’ve had this item for a few months now and have used it regularly. I do have to say I really like it as it’s super easy to switch out the mop pad and the bucket with clean/dirty water separated. However the one down fall would be I wish the handle was somehow attached to the actual bucket. It gets a little tough when filling and trying to hold it. It’s definitely better than the spin buckets!! Just buy enough pads to use and wash!

I really liked it. I use it with pleasure and recommend it to everyone. This is the best floor cleaning machine I've ever owned. Thanks to it, cleaning the floors has become an enjoyable part of my daily life.👍

Really love the mop. Cleans mop every time before you put it in the cleaning solution. It keeps your wash water very fresh. Washing the floor goes quickly. I like to double dip the sides instead of one dip.

I have tried every mop available and this is by far the best. I love how you are always mopping with clean water, never does your mop get dunked back into dirty water. The skin slime design is easy for storage and looks aesthetically pleasing. The washable microfibre heads do not create streaks on any fooor substrate. I even use this on my windows!!! Stop looking at and just BUY!

Reading all the bad reviews on the handle almost scared me off of this product but then I recalled the tide pod challenge and decided to chance it. Lo and behold, if you actually assemble it correctly, you’ll find the handle is plenty strong. I’m 6’3” 275lbs. I think if it’s strong enough for me, it’s strong enough for you. Just make sure you read the instructions and for you crayon eaters, look at the pictures. There’s no hope for you tide pod eaters, just buy a wood mob and don’t burn what brain cells you have left. I use this to clean the floor in my Snap-On truck. The floor is full of mud and dirt this time of year and I can clean the entire floor like new with only one bucket. Traditional mops, I have to change the water 3 times and it still dries dirty.

Pro: if put together correctly the mop handle is very good. The dirty chamber was definitely dirty and the clean stayed clean. Very satisfying to see the dirt coming off in the dirt chamber. I just took lid off and dumped out on my grass and that was easy instead of using the bottom drain. Easy to use and push around. Con: I needed to flip the mop head on each end to clean as it only cleaned half the pad at a time so that is a little annoying. I have laminate with ridges on the profile to simulate wood so a more aggressive mop head would have done a better job I think. I also have about 2100 sq feet of floor so needed to add more water to bucket I Improvements 1. A more aggressive mop head. 2. Bigger chambers on bucket so refillling is not necessary & then put castors on bottom so it will roll so you don’t have to pick up. 4. Also a better taller cleaning chamber so the entire mop pad will clean in one go.

We have 3 large dogs, one of which is getting older and sometimes has an excited piddle accident, plus a total of 12 muddy paws on the daily, so I am often pulling out the mop. I hate mopping the floor and dunking the mop into the water that is contaminated and dirty. This mop, for the most part, eliminates that issue. Yes, it is inevitable a small amount of dirty water might get into the clean compartment, but if you are using a disinfectant floor cleaning solution it wouldn't be enough to stop that from being effective. It is just such an improvement over any mop I've used before, and I have tried several. I love it so much but word of warning, I went to move the bucket with my toe and as it slid the rubber stopper in the bottom got pulled and popped out and the dirty water flowed out onto the floor. There is no system to secure the stopper, it is just a friction fit. That would be one thing they could improve on, maybe add a threaded part to the stopper, but otherwise this is the mop for dog owners for sure! Quality is fantastic and handle is super stable (IF you follow the clear instructions assembling it) and long enough for me at 5'8". So glad I tried it and hoping it lasts!
