I live the smell. And it works wonder. I apply it before my wrist trainer , once k take it off I’m drenched in sweat.

This works so well! I have only used this for my morning walks which is anywhere from 1 1/2 mile - 2 1/2 and it helps me sweat so much more. That’s just from walking! I can’t wait to be able to truly work out with it because I can’t imagine how much more I’ll sweat while using, this is going to be a new subscription for sure. So easy to use and very pleasant smell. Like a soft coconut scent, not over powering at all as it is verrrry light.

This product worked pretty well... I wanted something comparable to the sweet sweat but not as expensive and this was pretty nice. Not sure if I would get it again though only because I really like the coconut oil option for the sweet sweat.

My wife uses this with her waist trimmer when she works out. Definitely produces extra sweat. Works well!

I put this on with my wrap when I’m doing cardiovascular whether it’s running the elliptical or cycling I don’t feel like getting any extra burn from this product, but I do use it. I can’t fully say that it by itself is good. I believe that by wrapping my midsection with the product on perhaps it’s helping.

When I received this order, the box was for some reason covered in dust….like it had been unsold and sitting on a shelf for months. When I opened it, the product had melted and stuck onto the cap, so I had to freeze it to help solidify it. Anyways, it smells good when you put your nose up to it, but as for its effectiveness, I honestly didn’t see any sweat appear after working out with it (even when I wrapped my limbs with compression clothing).Very oily (which I’m assuming it is supposed to be), no reaction to my sensitive skin, and you get A LOT of the product. This just wasn’t effective for me

Love the fit gel, i put on my Sweet Sweat® Waist Trimmer and omg in 30 minutes my sweat is dripping while working out, no burning sensation, perfect scent not too overpowering, glides on easy , product works great, no complaints! Great value& quality. Will be buying more!
