Exactly as described , first time using 4 wheel case and was most impressed.Am tempted to purchase the 20inch size too

Most workable and easy to use.

The media could not be loaded. Got this as a present for my godson, along with the carry-on. I gave it to him a couple of weeks after I bought it. He went on his trip, and the zipper was already acting up. On the way back, it didn't close, and he ended up having to buy another bag. When he returned, it was too late for me to report the issue, as it was after 30 days, and apparently, I am not eligible for an exchange for another suitcase, which is very annoying. I couldn't even get in touch with the seller, as it is all automated through Amazon.

Very neat design and good quality product. Moves well on wheels. Features are exactly as advertised. Strong telescopic handle. Only problem is that the 'Interior Compression Straps: Adjustable interior straps meant to keep clothing and belongings securely in place during transit' are much too short to accommodate a fully packed suitcase.

I was pleased with the look and function of this case when I received it. But the internal straps are too short to secure clothes. And the internal zip handle broke when I used it.

Lightweight medium size case, well made, easily manoeuvrable with the four wheels.
